The staff's warm greetings made us feel at home, yet the insufficient heating in the room hindered comfort during our stay.

The hotel had immaculate room quality.
Our stay was overshadowed by several disappointing aspects. The pullout couch in our suite was so uncomfortable that it made sleeping nearly impossible. Additionally, the chlorine smell from the pool pervaded the whole downstairs, making it hard to relax. Overall, I expected more from the amenities, especially considering the price we paid.

I stayed at the residence inn for a couple of nights and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in saratoga springs. The room layout was spacious, and the staff were helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast included a nice variety of options, which made mornings enjoyable.
the hot tub jets were not working.

The location felt peaceful, away from the hustle. My room on the 3rd floor was super quiet. I hardly heard a peep from neighboring rooms. The staff were pleasant and responsive, making me feel welcome. Breakfast had decent options, and the evening mix on some nights added a nice touch. The fitness center, while small, had enough equipment for a basic workout, but it felt a bit warm inside. The biggest downside was the bed quality. it was quite hard, and I struggled to get good sleep during my stay. The heating system in the room was noisy, which meant turning it off at night. Those issues were disappointing, especially since I was hoping for a comfortable stay.

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Saratoga Springs with a good price-value balance. The morning staff was really nice and even had a friendly chat about Ireland, which I appreciated. Make sure to check the breakfast schedule for fresh hot items rather than prepackaged choices.

Comfortable Stay with Wonderful Staff!
We enjoyed our one-night stay in a spacious One-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed. Bob, at the front desk, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even providing our kitty with extra comforts. The quietness of the area made for a restful night's sleep. For breakfast, opt for fresh hot items over prepackaged choices!
