We truly enjoyed this nicely appointed hotel. the staff was great and the location was convenient for heading to Hannaford's or downtown. It was a really great time in Saratoga Springs.

The rooms here are very clean and come with a kitchen and bedroom.

The location of this hotel is great, close to restaurants and shopping areas, as well as the bridge and ramp nearby; and the room I booked had a full kitchen.

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our short stay memorable, providing extra pillows and even upgrading our room. In the morning, we had a delightful conversation with Zoe, who shared her insights about Ireland. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the breakfast options were delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nicely appointed place, huge rooms. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Really helpful, best staff with smiling face. Location close enough to the bridge and restaurants and shopping and the fitness center. Also, to Hannafords or to downtown.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Saratoga Springs for a short family trip. The front desk staff was awesome and made check-in a breeze. The individually packaged breakfast was a great touch and made me feel safe during these times. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, and the suites were the perfect size for our family. The price was reasonable, and the town of Saratoga Springs itself was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was comfortable with great pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also loved the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, who provided excellent service. The morning buffet offered a wide variety of fresh food and baked goods, and the breakfast staff were super friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the interstate made it convenient for exploring the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Saratoga Springs, and I must say the difference in service between this hotel and others I've experienced is night and day. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome, calling us by our names and always greeting us with a smile. They even compiled a list of family-friendly activities in the area for my wife. The rooms were spotless and the service at the cafeteria-style restaurant felt like dining at a restaurant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Hannafords, downtown, and even the Saratoga area. it was a fantastic stay.

The only issue I noticed was that some of the door trims were dirty and could use a good scrubbing or paint job.

The front desk staff was awesome, the breakfast was still included and given out individually - awesome and safe!

Fresh cookies and complimentary breakfast made our New Year's stay even better. The gym and indoor pool were a big plus. The shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making it easy to get around the city.

The mattresses were not very comfortable, and the pillows were too soft. The bathroom was clean, but we found several hairs on the towels.
